Learning Services (part of Stoke-on-Trent City Council) ("us", "we", or "our") operates SENDIASS (the "Site"). We are the data controller for the personal information we hold about you in relation to this site. Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data").

If you sign up for any of our Learning Service newsletters, which is administered through Granicus some of your information, including your email address, IP address and certain information about the links you click within the emails we send you will be saved on a Granicus server. Neither we nor Granicus will ever sell your email address or share it with any other party, unless we are legally compelled to do so. If you contact Granicus directly regarding your subscription to our newsletter, Granicus may contact you directly; otherwise, Granicus will never contact you. Only authorized Granicus employees have access to our subscriber list. You are always free to unsubscribe from any of our newsletters, but as long as you are listed as a subscriber with us we may use Granicus to send you information.
Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive.

Storage of Your Data
Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to advertise our services to you. Your log data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
