Animations for Frofessionals and Families with Disabled Children

Martin and Natalie from ISAP have re-developed some fantastic resources and animations including:

"What is an Education Health and Care Plan?" Animation

"What is an Annual Review?" Animation

"What is Person Centred Planning?" Animation

CAF 2014 template letters

CAF 2014 factsheets

Which can all be found here: or on our website here:

These resources can be so useful for children, young people, families and professionals with information presented in an truly accessible way so please feel free to share them!

Also- feel free to embed them on your website’s and suggest your local authorities do to the same- for instance on Local Offer Websites. Doing this can save everyone time and resources when needing to present information and explain otherwise complex processes as people can watch these videos before meetings or other contacts.

If you want to embed them, but you’re not sure how, you can watch a video on how to embed videos here: or follow these steps:

Embed a video

  1.        On a computer, go to the YouTube video that you want to embed.

  2.        Under the video, click SHARE

  3.        Click Embed.

  4.        From the box that appears, copy the HTML code.

  5.        Paste the code into your blog or website HTML.

Hope you find them as useful as we do,

Thanks all,

Many thanks to Olivia who led on this from here, and all the services, parents and young people who were involved.
